Welcome to Wonndo. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

Wonndo offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly: $1.99 per week
• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Quarterly: $11.99 per quarter
• Yearly: $29.99 per year

4.2 Payment and Billing

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Apple's payment terms and conditions

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4.4 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will have access to premium features during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

Wonndo allows you to create and store content such as diary entries and study notes. You retain all ownership rights to your content. All user content is stored locally on your device.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of creating or sharing it. You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

Wonndo and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing in the application are the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

Wonndo may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Apple App Store for subscription management
• AI services for content generation
• Historical databases for educational content

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The historical information and educational content provided in Wonndo is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content.

8.2 Service Availability

• The application is free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonndo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Loss of business opportunity
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wonndo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the application
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or conduct

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wonndo at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the application or its features
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account by deleting the application and canceling your subscription.
